Q1. What is the hardness limit of lifting metal materials?
A1. Below 30HRC.
Q2. What is the difference between SDC-S and SDC-N, the both are screw cam type?
A2. SDC-S visualizes the tightening status, and SDC-S has advantage to assure gripping force with the mechanism of “twist cam”.
Q3. What is the strength of Super Tool’s lifting clamps?
A3. The advantage is the fact that the main bodies of the most products are mass-produced by forging techniques, that realize toughness and durability of the products.
Q4. What shall be the weight capacity in case of the 2-point-lifting?
A4. It depends on the angle of wire rope. For the specific case such as the clamps with 1 ton rated capacity, in case that the lifting angle is 30 degrees, each clamp’s capacity becomes 0.96 ton (96%). In case that the lifting angle is 60 degrees, each clamp’s capacity become 0.86 ton (86%).

Q6. The both cam pads with the cross pattern and line pattern can be applied to the same clamp for the actual usage?
A6. As for the models SVC-H, SVC-E, GVC-E and HLC-H, the two kinds of cam pads can be replaced each other as far as the model is the same.
