Design
Being proud of a development-oriented company.
Super Tool is engaged in designing all the tool products. For designing, the broad view is essential in order to cover the elements related to safety, production, working fields, and market.

In my daily work, I am very much conscious about not only the elements such as durability and operability of the clamps, but also convenience and safety. We’re making throughout testing steps to release the new products to the market with our absolute confidence.
Molds
Craftmanship and skill to complete finishing for the molds.
Reproducing and manufacturing the products in perfect accordance with the design is the key to realize the high quality. The Masters, therefore, craft every mold by hand with their techniques.

Though the end-users have no chance to take a look at the molds, the molds are critically important to determine the quality of products. I finish the molds with max care under the spirit that any discrepancies are never allowed.
Forging
With the craftmanship of the Masters, the iron materials are forged to make them stronger.
The repeated forging process on the heated iron realizes *the grain flow for higher strength. This strength is strictly linked with the product safety in the working fields.
*Grain flow in Forgings : The grain orientation in the metal that brings the strength when the metal materials are forged.

Being said as “strike while the iron is hot”, we literally shape the hot iron materials by forging. In the process, the oxide scales are by-produced that may bring the appearance defects. To avoid those defects, we take a very good care of forging with the observation on the materials’ color. Thus, we make the products with high quality and good appearance.
Machining
Complete the product with high precision.
The machining process is crucially important for the final product assembly in perfect manner. For the sake of non-trouble in the product functioning, the high precision work is required. In the process, the special jigs and tools designed inhouse are used to for efficient and accurate works.

We have various methods of the process. We are very much skilled to make quick and proper judgements to choose the correct method. We keep improving the techniques and the production efficiency never being satisfied with the current situation.
Quality Assurance
In order to deliver the products with perfect quality
The sampling inspections are performed with the multiple times weight load of the rated capacity to check assembly accuracy, clamping range, etc. In addition, the production lot management is thorough with the serial numbers engraved on the products.

To assure the quality in consistent manner, we systematically share the know-how information among the inspectors, and perform the checking process by the multiple inspectors.
